Sliding Messages
In this narrative 2048-like box slider, you play as the master of the messagers' guild. It is up to you to decide which messages will be delivered to which kingdom and at what time. Beware: this will change the history of this continent!
This short game was made for the 53rd Ludum Dare. This is actually my first published game, and is still uncompleted. Due to personal reasons, it wasn't actually made during the jam's period; neither was it made in only three days (though most of it was), but in five instead.
How to play:
Press WASD or key arrows to move blocks in the grid.
There are two kinds of blocks, representing different types of messages: offenses, symbolized with exclamation marks (!); and gifts, symbolized with a capital G. You can merge blocks only up to 2 times to double the points of a block (they must be of same kind and have the same amount of points). Offenses have a negative amount of points, and gifts a positive one.
Each grid has "exit" nodes, which indicate which messages will be delivered to which kingdom. These are marked with arrows leading to the kingdom's name and a score representing its stance in the current event: positive points lead to a more positive, conciliatory position, and the opposite for negative points. So you can either lead the sides to be infuriated or to be pleased, according to the conditions.
Each level has its conditions. They must be satisfied to progress in the game.
UI is not so good for the moment.

Cool concept, fun game.
One request I might ask is that once you hit an End condition for a board, the game should make a noise, or grey out the board, or do SOMETHING to indicate that you have finished the level.
Currently it just freezes.
Also, possibly worth having separate messages for the end of one mission and the begining of the next?
Bug: I managed to somehow have no sliders on the board which softlocked me because you have to move them to spawn anymore and can't exit or reset.
